Where can I find more information?

If you are looking for information for your work as professional in the postharvest domain (harvest, packhouse, transport, retail, support & advice, technology), you could visit freshknowledge.eu. On that site, Wageningen UR offers detailed knowledge on crops, postharvest technology, daily practices, research and consultancy services.

 

Of course you can also directly contact us through postharvest.consultancy@wur.nl.

 

How can I contact you?

You can contact us by mail through postharvest.consultancy@wur.nl. We are available on workdays and will try to answer your mail within three days. Of course, if an expert can react faster, he/she will. The shorter the answering time, the better!

 

How can I pay?

You can pay using Ideal, Creditcard or by invoice, depending on the product/service that you have chosen.

 

What will happen when I order a service with company visit?

If you have chosen for a visit to your facility, you will receive the confirmation of your order by mail. This you can sign and return to us. We will get in touch to set an appointment for the visit. After the visit of our expert to your facility, you will receive the invoice.

 

What is the duration of the storage condition service?

For the storage condition service, you will get access to the storage advice tool for one year. One month before the end of the subscription period, you will get a reminder e-mail with the option to renew or cancel your subscription.

 

I placed an order, but did not receive a confirmation. Did something go wrong?

If you did not receive any confirmation within three days after your order, possibly something has gone wrong. Please contact us through postharvest.consultancy@wur.nl

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. We aim to solve any complaint in the best possible way. Please contact us through postharvest.consultancy@wur.nl.

Can I order as a regular consumer?

No, out products and services are only available for business to business.
