What payment options are available?

We accept iDeal, credit card and banktransfer as forms of payment. The payment will be handled via payment service provider Mollie. As soon as the payment has been completed, you will receive an invoice by email.

How do I get a Quote

In the checkout step 2 (Review & Payments) you have the possibility to generate a Quote. This Quote contains information your organisation needs to generate a purchase order number or reference.

Where do I put my purchase order number / reference

You can place your own purchace order number or reference during the checkout step 2 (Review & Payments) in the field "My Reference". It will be printed on the order confirmation, quote, invoice etc.

What are the payment terms?

Our terms of payment are net 30 days, unless otherwise specified.

When do I receive an invoice?

The invoice will be available as soon as the payment has been succesfully completed. The invoice will be sent to the emailaddress provided by you at the checkout page.

I have choosen to pay by banktransfer but not payed on time

If you don't pay within 30 days your order will be cancelled. It is not possible to pay after 30 days because that payment can then no longer be linked to an outstanding order.
If you still want the products you can always place a new order.

Our financial department needs an invoice to pay

As stated before the invoice is only available as soon as the payment has been succesfully completed. It isn't possible to provide an invoice prior to payment.

If you forward the email with the order confirmation together with the email from Mollie with the payment information to your financial department they have all the information required to pay by bank transfer. Both emails are necessary because the email from Mollie doesn't contain the order confirmation. The link between the order confirmation and the email from Mollie is the order number in the subject of the email from Mollie.
Also you can order and pay the products personnaly and declare this invoice to your employer after receipt of the invoice.

How will I know if my order has been received?

You will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order (check your spam or junk folder). If you did not receive any confirmation receipt  than possibly something has gone wrong. Please contact us via webshop.wbvr@wur.nl.

When will my order ship?

Your order will be shipped as soon as the payment has been received, unless otherwise specified.

How are the purchases shipped?

The purchases are normally shipped with FEDEX.

Can I use my own courier for shipment?

In the webshop you can choose your way of shipment. Standard shipment is with FEDEX, but you can choose for arranging your own courier or pick up yourself. Own courier or pick-up will only be arranged after appointment.
