What do we mean by proficiency test

Wageningen Food Safety Research (WFSR) provides proficiency tests for analyses in the field of food safety. These tests are independent assessments of the quality of analyses in a laboratory.

How do I order a proficiency test?

You can order a proficiency test rin this webshop (see category "Proficiency tests")
Note: To visit our web application, you need to register. Go to the 'registration form'.  After registration, you will receive a username and password by e-mail to access our web application. Please ensure all your data is correct.

What is the price of a proficiency test and an extra shipment?

You can find the cost of a proficiency test or extra shipment on the product overview (see category "Proficiency tests") and the product detail page.

Does the price of a proficiency test include all costs?

Yes, the price includes all taxes and shipment by courier service.

Please note that payments exclude costs the bank may charge you for the transfer. Bank charges should be paid by the client. When you make an international bank transfer you can choose who pays the transfer charges. BEN, SHA, OUR are the codes used for these transfers.
The OUR instruction means you pay all transfer charges. We receive the full payment. We require all international transfers to us to be made with OUR instruction.

Can my order be sent by courier?

All orders will be sent  by courier.

What are the costs of courier delivery?

There are no additional cost of shipment.

Can I pay by credit card?

You can pay by credit card,  Ideal (only in the Netherlands) and SEPA-banktransfer.

When do I receive the invoice?

After you placed and paid the order you will receive, the invoice  by email. 
Attention: You have to pay the order  first. Always state the order number by the payment.  

Can you send me the datasheets for the reference materials I purchased?

We do not send datasheets in hard copy. Most of the datasheets are available as download on our EURL Webshop

How can I obtain a password?

You will obtain a password when you register. You will need to register in order to enter the protected areas of the site and also when you order standards and other products.

Do I have to register each time?

You only have to register once.

I work for a commercial firm. Can I purchase a proficiency test from your laboratory?

Our reference materials are not supplied to commercial laboratories.
The bank of reference standards from our EURL is only available for quality control and quality assurance for government laboratories working in the field of residue analysis.
We are not a commercial laboratory, but government. The reference standards and materials we deliver are normally used for " official control purposes" only, and therefore only available EURL (European Union) related labs (or national government labs).
We do not allow reselling of the materials. So, every laboratory that wants to obtain these materials has to register separately on our website and order the materials themselves.

What is the maximum amount I can order?

You can order one proficiency test and one additional shipment.
