FAQ
1. When will I have access to a digital product if I have ordered it?
You have access immediately after ordering. You need to log in again on your account on https://digitaal.kwin.nl
2. When can I expect a hard copy order?
Your order will be processed the same day and presented to the sender the next working day (if you order before 2 p.m., possibly the same day). On average, your order will be delivered to you 2 working days later.
3. What is the duration of a subscription?
The digital products of KWIN Veehouderij have a term of 1 year, starting on the day of order. 1 month before the end of the subscription period, you will receive a reminder by e-mail and the option to renew your subscription. If you do not renew, access will automatically expire 1 day after your subscription period.
4. Which possibilities to pay are there?
You can pay your order by Ideal, Creditcard or banktransfer. The payment will be handled via payment service provider Mollie. You will receive an invoice when the order is fully completed.
5. The product I want to order is 'out of stock'. What can I do?

6. Can I return my order?
Digital products cannot be returned. Books can be returned within 14 days and the amount will be refunded.
If the books arrive at you and have been damaged on the way, we can send you a new book (or books) by return.
7. What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are always € 5,-. (ex VAT - regardless of the number of products purchased).
8. How is the order shipped?
Your order will be shipped with one of the regular Dutch postal carriers (PostNL, UPS, DHL or DPD).
