When can I expect my order?
Your order will be processed within one week once full payment has been received.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are € 5,- (incl VAT). Orders above €20,- (incl. VAT) don`t have shipping costs.
How is the order shipped?
Your order will be shipped with a track and trace number with DPD (in The Netherlands and Europe) or PostNL (outside Europe).

I placed an order, but did not receive a confirmation. Did the order reach you?
If you did not receive any confirmation within three days after your order, possibly something has gone wrong. Please contact us through foodformarsandmoon@wur.nl
How can I pay?
You can pay using Ideal, credit card or by banktransfer, depending on the product/service that you have chosen.
Can I return my order?
Products can be returned within 14 days and the amount will be refunded.
How can I contact you?
You can contact us by mail through foodformarsandmoon@wur.nl We are available on workdays and will try to answer your mail within three days. Of course, if an expert can react faster, he/she will. The shorter the answering time, the better!
